This programme has the following fuctions:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with the PFMA, implement accounting practices and prepare accurate consolidated financial statements within provincial departments.
• Manage the provision of internal audit, forensic and risk management service.
• Manage the provision of financial information systems oversight, support and capacity building.
